Omnes-backed Inca Group buys Natur'Habitat & Natur'Habitat L'Atelier de Pose
Inca Group, an Omnes portfolio company, has acquired Natur'Habitat & Natur'Habitat L'Atelier de Pose. Financial terms weren’t announced. Founding CEO Christophe Verbeke is selling his shares, while his daughter Samantha Verbeke, current Natur'Habitat sales manager, is reinvesting alongside the InCA group. Natur'Habitat & Natur'Habitat L'Atelier is a developer of individual homes (traditional and wooden), well as a service provider offering extensions and renovations.
