Omnes Capital‘s third small cap fund, LCL Expansion 3, has held a first close at €30 million. The LCL Bank-backed vehicle has a target size of €120 million and will follow the same strategy as its predecessors, targeting growth capital deals, and majority and minority buyouts in French SMEs with growth potential.
