OmniCapital Backs One on One Ads
OmniCapital, the New Jersey-based investors, will provide backing for a Series A round of financing for One on One Ads Inc., based in the same state, which provides technology for mobile and online video creation. Bill Gourgey, OmniCapital advisor and former Accenture partner, will serve on the One On One board. Specifics of the deal were not publicized.
