One Rock-backed Orion to merge with Land Mark

Orion Food System, a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners LLC, has agreed to merge with Land Mark Products, a maker and distributor of food products as well as a provider of food service solutions to the convenience and specialty retail channels. No financial terms were disclosed.
