One Rock Capital to buy Chevron refinery in Hawaii: Reuters

(Reuters) Chevron Corp has signed an agreement to sell its Hawaii refinery to private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but industry estimates ahead of the sale pegged its value between $75 million and $300 million.
