OneMain to sell 7.5 mln shares in secondary

OneMain Holdings Inc said Dec. 13 that it is selling 7.5 million shares of common stock owned by Springleaf Financial Holdings LLC. Fortress Investment Group LLC owns Springleaf. OneMain will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares.
