Onex to buy Parkdean Resorts for $1.68 bln

Onex Corp said Dec. 16 it has agreed to buy Parkdean Resorts for 1.35 billion pounds ($1.68 billion). Parkdean, of the U.K., owns and operates 73 caravan holiday parks across England, Scotland and Wales.
