Ooyala Inc. Raises More Than $22 Million
Ooyala Inc., a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of video platform applications and services, has raised more than $22 million in a round of financing from new and existing investors. CID Group and ITOCHU Technology Ventures led the round. Current investors (Sierra Ventures and Rembrandt Venture Partners) also participated. Ooyala has raised a total of $42 million. Ooyala expects a second closing within the next 60 days.
