OpenGate Capital buys Umicore Zinc

OpenGate Capital has acquired Umicore Zinc Chemicals. Umicore, the parent company, was the seller. Umicore, based in Angleur, Belgium, produces specialty zinc chemicals and has been renamed EverZinc. It generates over 400 million euros in annual revenue and has more than 500 employees globally.
