Oracle to acquire VC-backed LiveLook
Oracle has agreed to buy LiveLook. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Matawan, NJ, LiveLook is a provider of co-browsing and screen sharing solutions. LiveLook's backers included Rose Tech Ventures, New Vantage Group, Robin Hood Ventures and New York Angels.
