Ore Pharmaceutical Holdings Gets $5.3 Million Investment From Steel Partners
Steel Partners Ltd. completed a $5.3 million investment in Ore Pharmaceutical Holdings Inc. The investment came in the form of debt and equity. The equity portion for $1.1 million involved 3.125 million 000 newly issued shares at 35 cents each. The debt is a $4.2 million note with a five year maturity. As part of the investment, Steel Partners received the right to nominate two new directors at Ore Pharmaceutical.
