Orexo Buying VC-backed PharmaKodex
Orexo AB (Nasdaq: ORX) has acquired PharmaKodex Ltd., a UK-based developer of oral and transdermal drug delivery technologies. No financial terms were disclosed. PharmaKodex had raised around $13.5 million in VC funding from firms like S.R. One Ltd., the VC unit of GlaxoSmithKline.
