Oxford Pumping buys Reilly Concrete Pumping

Oxford Pumping Holdings Ltd, a unit of Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping Inc, has acquired Reilly Concrete Pumping Ltd. Financial terms weren’t announced. Reilly, of the U.K., is a concrete pumping business focusing on the northern England and Scotland markets. Brundage-Bone is a portfolio company of Peninsula Pacific.
