PagerDuty Inks $10.7M
PagerDuty, a provider of IT alerting and incident management software, closed on a $10.7 million Series A funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz. Other investors include Webb Investment Network, Opscode founder Jesse Robbins, Harrison Metal, Baseline Ventures, and Ignition Partners. John O'Farrell, a partner at Andreessen Horowitz, has joined the PagerDuty board.
