PAI Europe Fund VII raises 5 bln euros
PAI Partners said March 29 that it closed its latest fund at its 5 billion ($6.2 billion) euro hardcap. The target of PAI Europe VII fund was 4 billion euros. Approximately 26 percent of capital for Fund VII came from investors in the USA and Canada, while 50 percent came from Europe and 17 percent from Asia. Nathalie Duguay of Willkie Farr & Gallagher advised PAI Partners on the structuring and fundraising of its seventh pan-European fund.
