Palladium Equity invests in Del Real Foods

Palladium Equity Partners LLC said Oct. 11 that it made a “significant” investment in Del Real Foods. Financial terms weren’t announced. Del Real is a Hispanic refrigerated foods company. Lazard Middle Market served as financial advisor to Del Real Foods on the transaction. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP was the company’s legal advisor. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP was the legal advisor for Palladium.
