Palm Beach Capital invests in Midas

Palm Beach Capital said June 7 it has invested in Midas Utilities LLC, Midas Flow Controls Mid-Atlantic LLC and TV Diversified LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. The Ventresca family is the seller. Midas, of Capitol Heights, Maryland, provides rehabilitation services and products for critical water, wastewater and industrial pipe infrastructure throughout the Mid-Atlantic and southern region states.
