Partech Ventures promotes one and hires another
Partech Growth has promoted André Francois-Poncet to principal and hired Victor Huberson as a senior associate based in Paris. Francois-Poncet joined the firm two and a half years ago while Huberson previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
