Parthenon Capital Partners invests in BilllingTree

Parthenon Capital Partners has invested in BillingTree via a majority recapitalization. Senior management participated in the deal. Financial terms weren’t announced. Phoenix, Arizona-based BillingTree provides payments solutions to the healthcare, ARM and financial services industries. Marlin & Associates provided financial advice to BillingTree while Snell & Wilmer LLP acted as legal counsel. Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal advisor to Parthenon.
