Partners Group to Expand Free Float of Company

Global private markets investment manager Partners Group is in discussions with its founding partners and largest shareholders, Dr. Marcel Erni, Alfred Gantner and Urs Wietlisbach, regarding a proposal by which they will seek to collectively invest CHF300 million ($318.2 million) in programs with direct investment content alongside the firm’s clients. The founding partners’ investments would be funded through a potential placement of a minority portion of their total shareholdings in the company, amounting to approximately 1.6 million shares.
