PCP-Backed Medisys Acquires Plexo

Montréal-based Medisys Corporate Health LP, a provider of preventative, diagnostic and consultative healthcare services to corporations, has acquired Plexo Inc., which operates medical centres throughout Québec. The financial details of the transaction were not published. Medisys has been a portfolio company of Persistence Capital Partners (PCP), a healthcare-focused private equity firm, since 2008.
