PDC Brands has acquired Bodycology and Cantu from Advanced Beauty Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Bodycology is a specialty bath brand while Cantu is a multi-cultural hair care brand. PDC is a portfolio company of Yellow Wood Partners.
