PE-backed Aptuit taps Gray as chairman of board of managers

Aptuit LLC, which is backed by Welsh, Carson, and Anderson & Stowe, has named Peter Gray as chairman of its board of managers. Gray is chairman of UDG Healthcare and a former vice chairman and CEO of ICON Clinical Research.
