PE-backed Ascension Insurance promotes one to president and another to CFO
Ascension Insurance's parent company Ascension Insurance Holdings LLC has promoted Edward Nathan Page to president and Jamie Linden to chief financial officer. The appointments became effective September 1. Previously, Page had been the company's CFO and executive vice president while Linden was its vice president of finance and Western regional chief financial officer. Ascension is a portfolio company of Parthenon Capital and Century Capital Management.
