PE-backed Biocoat taps Bell as CFO

Biocoat, which was recently acquired by 1315 Capital, has named Steven Bell as its new chief financial officer. Bell's work background includes serving as a CFO for ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, CareScience and The MRC Group. Horsham, Pennsylvania-based Biocoat is a developer of biomaterial coatings for medical devices.
