PE-backed Care Advantage adds two to board

Care Advantage, a portfolio company of BelHealth Investment Partners, has appointed Dr. Eric Rackow and Dr. Arthur Laffer to its board of directors. Rackow was the president and CEO of Humana at Home while Laffer is the founder and chairman of Laffer Associates. Virginia-based Care Advantage is a home health services provider.
