PE-backed Career Step buys Medic-CE.com

Career Step LLC, a portfolio company of Revelstoke Capital Partners, said Oct. 4 that it acquired Medic-CE.com LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Houston-based Medic-CE.com provides online continuing education for emergency medical service (“EMS”) and firefighting professionals. Hogan Lovells US LLP acted as legal advisor to Career Step, while Porter Hedges LLP was legal advisor to Medic-CE in the transaction.
