PE-backed ClockSpring|NRI buys Milliken Infrastructure Solutions

ClockSpring|NRI, which is backed by Wind Point Partners, has acquired Milliken Infrastructure Solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Kirkland & Ellis and KPMG advised Clock Spring|NRI on the deal while Jones Day supported Milliken & Company.
