PE-backed CreativeDrive buys Hudson Studios

CreativeDrive, a portfolio company of Bertram Capital, has acquired New York-based Hudson Studios, a property that offers five connecting studios that measures a total of about 30,000 square feet of space. No financial terms were disclosed.
