Drilling Info Holdings Inc, a portfolio company of Insight Venture Partners, has agreed to acquire GlobalView Software Inc. CCP Equity Partners was the seller. GlobalView provides analytics and risk management tools. Freeman & Co provided financial advice to GlobalView.
