PE-backed ECN appoints Kellum as CEO

Emergency Communications Network, which is backed by Veritas Capital, has hired Wain Kellum as CEO. Previously, Kellum worked at Vonage Business Solutions where he was the president of the unit. Based in Ormond Beach, Florida, ECN is a provider of intelligent notification and response software platform for governments, enterprises and small to middle-sized businesses.
