PE-backed EPIC taps Freed as president

EPIC Midstream Holdings LP, which build, own and operate midstream infrastructure in both the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins, has named Brian Freed as president. Freed's work background includes senior leadership roles at Apache Corporation, Crestwood Equity Partners LP, Inergy Midstream, L.P., Energy Solutions International and Entessa Inc. EPIC is backed by Ares Management LP.
