PE-backed ERP Power adds Frank to board of directors

ERP Power LLC, which is backed by Angeles Equity Partners LLC, has named Jeffrey Frank to its board of directors. Frank's work background includes senior executive positions at GE Power Electronics, Lineage Power, Cherokee International, Lambda LEI and Deltec Electronics. Headquartered in Moorpark, California, ERP is a provider of LED drivers for the lighting sector.
