PE-backed Eze Software to buy TKS Solutions
TPG Capital portfolio company Eze Software Group has agreed to acquire Mount Kisco, New York-based TKS Solutions LLC, a specialty software provider of shareholder and partnership accounting tools. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction that is expected to be completed next month.
