PE-backed Fortis Solutions buys Lewis Label

Fortis Solutions Group, which is backed by Main Post Partners, has acquired Fort Worth, Texas-based Lewis Label Products Corp, a custom manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging products. No financial terms were disclosed.
