Greenleaf Power, a portfolio company of Denham Capital, has completed its acquisition of Plainfield Renewable Energy Plant. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Plainfield, Connecticut, Plainfield Renewable Energy is a facility that uses clean biomass as its fuel.
