Interstate Hotels & Resorts, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company LLC, named Michael J. Deitemeyer as CEO and to its board of directors. The appointment becomes effective March 23, 2017. Deitemeyer is the former president of Omni Hotels & Resorts. Interstate operates hotels and convention centers worldwide.
