PE-backed Orchid Underwriters names new CFO

Orchid Underwriters Insurance Agency LLC, a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has appointed Lynda Butler as chief financial officer. Previously, Butler worked at Nationwide Insurance where she recently served as CFO and vice president of Nationwide Insurance brand property and casualty division.
