PE-backed Randazzo and Vredevoogd merge

Randazzo, a portfolio company of North Branch Capital LLC, has merged with Vredevoogd Heating and Cooling. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Michigan, the newly combined company will form a residential HVAC company.
