PE-backed Stack Sports makes two acquisitions
Stack Sports, a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, has acquired Affinity Sports and Blue Sombrero from DICK’S Sporting Goods. Based in San Diego, Affinity Sports is a provider of data management and compliance software solutions for national governing bodies and youth sports organizations. And, Atlanta-based Blue Sombrero is a provider of websites, registration and league management tools for youth sports organizations. UPDATE: The total price of the acquisitions was $45 million.
