PE-backed Stallion buys Basin
Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd has acquired Carlsbad, New Mexico-based Basin Wastewater Solutions LLC, a provider of rig site potable water and wastewater recycling services. No financial terms were disclosed. Stallion is backed by Centerbridge Partners and Littlejohn & Co.
