PE-owned Blue Coat to acquire Elastica for $280 mln

Blue Coat Systems Inc, a portfolio company of Bain Capital, has agreed to buy Elastica Inc for $280 million. Headquartered in San Jose, California, Elastica is a provider of cloud security solutions.
