Pebble Raises $15M in Funding From Charles River
Pebble Technology, launched by Canadian entrepreneur Eric Migicovsky, a University of Waterloo engineering graduate, has raised US$15 million in Series A financing from U.S. venture capital firm Charles River Ventures and affiliated investors, confirms the blog of Palo Alto, California-based crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, which helped Pebble get underway last year. Pebble produces smart watches which connect by Bluetooth to iPhone or Android devices.
