Perion Network agrees to acquire VC-backed Grow Mobile for up to $42 mln
Perion Network has agreed to buy Grow Mobile for up to $42 million. The deal is expected to be completed early in the third quarter of this year. Headquartered in San Francisco, Grow Mobile is a mobile advertising platform provider. It is backed by Signia Venture Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners.
