Permira to acquire Topcast

Permira will acquire Topcast, an independent aircraft parts distributor in the Asia Pacific region. No financial terms were disclosed. HSBC provided financial advice to Permira on the transaction while RBC Capital Markets LLC did likewise to Topcast.
