Phiar scores $3 mln seed

Phiar, a machine learning and augmented reality company, has raised $3 million in seed funding. Venture Reality Fund and Norwest Venture Partners led the round with participation from Anorak Ventures, Mayfield Fund, Zeno Ventures, Cross Culture Ventures, GFR Fund, Y Combinator, Innolinks Ventures and Half Court Ventures.
