Pin Oak Corpus Christi acquires GMCC from EnCap Flatrock Midstream

EnCap Flatrock Midstream has sold Gravity Midstream Corpus Christi LLC to Pin Oak Corpus Christi LLC. No financial terms were disclosed; however, Pin Oak's owners Dauphine Midstream LLC and Mercuria Energy Group Ltd provided the financing for the deal.
