Pinnacle Biologics Acquires PDT Laser Technology

Bio-pharmaceutical technology company Pinnacle Biologics has acquired laser technologies for use in photodynamic therapy. The acquisition includes the Diomed™ PDT 630 laser and the OPTIGUIDE™ fiber optic diffusers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
