Pioneer to sell transformer business to Mill Point Capital for $65.5 mln

Pioneer Power Solutions has agreed to sell its liquid filled and dry type transformer businesses to Mill Point Capital. The purchase price is $65.5 million. Lincoln International was financial adviser to Pioneer Power Solutions Inc. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2019.
