Pixowl Closes $1.2M in Seed Funding
Mobile gaming startup Pixowl has raised $1.2 million in seed. The company says it makes mobile games that combine comic book art and character-driven storylines. Investors in Pixowl include 500 Startups, Kima Ventures, Pymar Venture, Art.com founder Joshua Chodniewicz, and tech entrepreneurs Martin Varsavsky and Fabrice Grinda. Pixowl is based in San Francisco.
